Light

These scriptures in John 1 shows us that Jesus is the Word of God and is God and that he made everything.

These scriptures also say that Jesus gives life and the life was the light of men.

The life Jesus gives us is our own spirit that is given to all humans at conception, without our own spirit we could not live and grow.

In the Old Testament and New Testament, the scriptures say that God the Father gave us all our own spirit:

Hebrews 12:9 Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live!

Numbers 27:16 “May the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation

Zechariah 12:1 An oracle of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Thus declares the LORD, who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth, who forms the spirit of man within him:

Our spirit is a light within us.

Proverbs 20:27 The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.

Proverbs 20:20 Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.

Now read these scriptures, it says plainly that Jesus is life and the life that was the light of men, that he lighteth every man that cometh into the world.  The Old Testament scriptures say God the Father is the one who gives all humans their spirit that gives them light.  This proves that Jesus is God the Father come in the flesh as a son.

The Beginning

John 1:1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made

The Weight of Real-World Pain

I will cry out to God Most High, To God who performs all things for me. Psalm 57:2 NKJV

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. John 14:27 NASB 1995

Stepping out of the elevator and walking down the long corridor, her stomach-ache grew as she neared the hospital room entrance. What would she find? Could she bear the sight she expected to see? Thoughts of the years long journey of watching layers of painful choices…

The LORD GOD יהוה YHVH of Israel is the Lord Jesus Christ

I was watching one of my favorite Pastors yesterday, or the day before, and He spoke about some Scriptures which really caught my attention and really made me stop and think. Because, many Jewish people believe in God but they don’t believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, or in their tongue, Yeshua Mashiach.

But there is a way for Jewish people, whether they live in Israel, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey or any foreign country, to fully understand who the Lord Jesus Christ truly is. Christians and Jewish people are called to worship the one true God and it’s time we come together and understand who He truly is.

The Scriptures I’m referring to is found in Zechariah 12:1-9 and I will highlight what is significant.

1 – The burden of the Word of LORD (יהוה‎ or YHVH) against Israel. This says the LORD (יהוה‎ or YHVH), who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the Spirit of man within him:

2 – Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding people’s, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem.

3 – And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.

4 – In that day, says the LORD (יהוה‎ or YHVH), I will strike every horse with confusion, and it’s rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.

5 – And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in the Lord of hosts, their God.’

6 – In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a firepan in the woodpile…

7 – The LORD (יהוה‎ or YHVH) will save the tents of Judah first…

8 – In that day the LORD (יהוה‎ or YHVH) will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem…

9 – It shall be in that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

From the beginning in Verse 1 Zechariah tells us exactly who is speaking, which in English is the LORD, GOD, and in Hebrew would be יהוה‎ or YHVH.

  • Verse 2 states, I will make Jerusalem a cup.
  • Verse 3 states, I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone.
  • Verse 4 states, In that day, says the LORD, I will strike and I will open My eyes on the house of Judah
  • Verse 5 states, the LORD, יהוה or YHVH of Hosts, their GOD
  • Verse 6 states, In that day I will make the governors.
  • Verse 7 states, the LORD, יהוה or YHVH will save the tents.
  • Verse 8 states, In that day the LORD, יהוה or YHVH will defend.
  • Verse 9 states, I will seek to destroy all the nations.

Do you see who is speaking?

The LORD, GOD, in English and יהוה or YHVH in the Hebrew language. But if that’s true how can a Jewish person explain what GOD, יהוה or YHVH says next?

And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of Grace and supplication; then they will look on ME whom they pierced.

If you’re Jewish you should ask yourself, when was God or יהוה‎ YHVH ever pierced?

And if you’re a non-believer you should ask yourself how could the Bible predict this long before it happened?

The GOD of the Old Testament, of the Torah is the same who came in the flesh, born of a virgin, taught the people to repent and turn away from their sins, to believe in the Son of God by FAITH, was sacrificed and became the atonement for sins and ushered in the New Covenant which was spoken of by Ezekiel and Jeremiah. Then the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua Mashiach, rose on the 3rd day.

I urge all Jewish people to read the scriptures for themselves. Jewish leaders just as Christian leaders will lead you astray, don’t put your trust in man but in the Lord Jesus Christ, Yeshua Mashiach. Notice what Zechariah says in 14:9, which states;

And the LORD shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be – “The LORD is one, and His name one.

Don’t put your salvation in the hands of others, seek the Lord Jesus Christ or Yeshua Mashiach while He can still be found!

Anointed Song Manifest Demons

I was blown away by this when I saw it and encourage all Christian to watch. I was in tears as I listened because I could feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Nico is a worship leader at a Christian Church in Thessalonica Greece. And in 2022 he was given a powerful dream where He saw the Son of God, Jesus Christ, along with the Archangel that is over all the Armies in Heaven. The Archangel raised His head and begin to sing along with other Angels and sounds begin to join in. This song has such a serious anointing on it! You can watch the video and see how demons begin to manifest in those who are listening to it. Nico’s is singing it in the original tongue but I also have it in English and will share it on to my music section. This is what WORSHIP music really sounds like! Praise the Almighty God!

Mercy to the  Merciful

Earlier today I watched a docudrama entitled, The Thing About Pam. Now I normally don’t watch these type of shows, but, since my husband had already started it I decided to watch, while we ate our dinner.

After it was over I prayed for all those who were affected by the crimes committed. This I did while washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen. Naturally as I spoke to God I wanted Him to know I wasn’t judging or condemning this person, that’s not for me to do, because judgement is for Him.

But as I continued washing dishes I heard the word mercy. It reminded me of the scripture in Matthew 9:12,13, which reads;

When Jesus heard, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance. “

As a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, as a Christian, I’m not called to judge or condemn others. However Christians are  called to stand on God’s Truth, but, not from a judgemental view, but from a merciful view. Because the Lord Jesus came to call sinners to Him and if we’re being completely honest, we’ve all sinned, we all fall short of the glory of God.

Bless the Lord God Almighty for His mercy, compassion, love and grace. None of us deserved it, but He gave it anyway. So  before it’s too late let every Christian evaluate their walk with Christ. Because Jesus is coming back and I pray that all who call themselves a Christian, are not only reading God’s Word, but putting them into practice.

If you find yourself unsure where you stand with God, if you find yourself judging or condemning people who have committed crimes, I urge you to fall on your knees and repent.

Because God gives mercy to the merciful!

Arrogance and Pride

Blinded by this world,
full of arrogance and pride,
darkness lurked around me,
and slowly seeped inside.

Similar to a lost sheep,
I wandered far away,
losing my sense of direction,
I had totally gone astray.

My life was full of mistakes,
corruption, wickedness and sin,
I Longed for God’s forgiveness,
I longed for His Spirit within.

I cried out to the Lord Jesus,
and repented from my deeds,
expecting His righteous anger,
but compassion He gave to me.

Replacing darkness with His light,
He made a path for me,
Gently guiding me in God’s ways,
no longer blind I now can see.

Explosions Throughout America

Sometime in the wee hours of the morning the Spirit spoke and I heard the words many explosions in America. From everything transpiring within the United States, Christians should not be surprised. Unfortunately, I believe many have fallen to sleep. I wasn’t given specific areas since the words used was, all of America. I believe if America does not repent and turn to God, He will render discipline. But the words, America will fall keep echoing in my ear.

But please do not lose hope!

Those who follow Him are called to be a light in the world. We’re called to give testimony to the Christ Jesus and God’s amazing Mercy, Compassion, and love. We are to stand in God’s Truth and perserve. The Lord Jesus Christ is our great Hope because we know God raised Him from the dead on the third day, which means, we will also be raised and will forever be with the Lord.

Seattle Washington Attack

This evening somewhere around 9:20 I received a warning urging me to give a message to the followers of Christ, which states;

Tell my people… Bomb in Washington, expose the leftist party. Persecution coming soon, very soon. I asked when but was only told soon. I then received the message to, go, meaning to let everyone know what is going to take place.

Then I received the name of the city where the attack will take place, it was Seattle. Not sure what type of attack this will be, but believe military grade explosives will be involved.

Please pray about this, ask for clarification, and pray this plot will be exposed! Even as I’m typing this, I keep hearing the word EXPOSE, EXPOSE!

Remember, we are not to fear man, but, we are all called to follow the Lord Jesus Christ regardless where it leads us. Because He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and our great hope.

Please continue to pray!

What’s the Goal?

Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Isaiah 43:7 ESV 1,  Corinthians 10:31

While serving and chatting with friends, my raspy, and newly baritone voice, gave evidence to the cold I’d been fighting all week. Amidst the, “I’ll pray for you” and, “Oh, you sound awful,” came something along these lines. “I pray that stuff away, it can’t come on me.” The words were pregnant with the implied idea that sicknesses (or any “difficult” thing) are always something that we ought to/should be able to pray away.

The poor guy had no idea what puddle he’d just stepped into.

Thus began my short, but penetrating theological dive into the value of life’s thorns and struggles. My main point to him was this; our life is for one purpose. To bring Him glory. Sometimes, that is best achieved through a miraculous healing or intervention, but much more often, God’s glory is manifested in how He walks us through life’s inevitable challenges. As those around us see His peace in the midst of our pain, His comfort as we grieve, or His strength…

Miracles Happen

Miracles happen! They happen all the time. I consider myself one, in many ways. The trouble is that the word is tossed about carelessly and used in error. You get varying numbers of how many time it is used in the Bible, depending on the version or the interpretation. Jesus is mentioned as doing thirty five but we know He did many more, so many the books could not hold them.

I have seen those whose lives were spared quite miraculously remain in unbelief that God had stepped in, one even told me that doctors made mistakes. Yes, they are fallible but this boy woke up just before they were preparing him to be an organ donor. Just like not everyone will be saved, not everyone will believe and even if they do they often attribute it to something else, a higher power or technological advancement, not the sacrifice or resurrection power of Christ.

A miracle, by definition,  is an event that is inexplicable in the natural or by scientific and physical laws. It is described as God intervening for mankind, though a lot of beliefs include them and ascribe them to different gods. I like this one from the Topical Bible.  Miracles are seals of a divine mission. That really sums up the ministry of Jesus.

Jesus replied, “I did one miracle on the Sabbath, and you were amazed. ” John 7:21

Now, of course, if you are familiar with Jewish teaching, He should not have worked on the Sabbath, but in the previous chapter, He had multiplied loaves and fishes. They had accused Him of having a demon and He answered that they were trying to kill Him, for He knew their thoughts and the intent of their hearts.  He always knows and we don’t always walk in that discernment. Sometimes, He had to walk away. Jesus told them about the bread of life and many walked away at the teaching of Communion, because they did not understand, the body and blood, and He had not been crucified of risen.

They were still following pagan laws and even the law of Moses, yet, they circumcised on the Sabbath and rescued livestock if the need arose. They were very critical of Him, and He chose not to go on to the feast of Tabernacles. He often said His time had not come. And it was the response to the first miracle at Cana, He changed water to wine for Mary but it was the same answer. He was so condemned for healing on the Sabbath…

Blessed Are The Pure In Heart

Blessed are the souls,
that have been purified
for their hearts have been . . .
changed from the inside.

For they are committed,
to a lifestyle of holiness
and strive to achieve
a lifetime of godliness.

Blessed are the souls,
whose thoughts and desires…

Matthew 5.8

Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God.

Grudges

Many people, including Christians, find themselves holding on to grudges. This may be with a family member, a neighbor, an employer, fellow employee, customer service representative, a teacher, a retail clerk or anyone working in the public.

For me, it was my 3rd grade teacher. You see, I was sitting on the top level of the ladder of the school monkey bars when I was pushed from behind. I landed on my face breaking my nose and blood going everywhere. My teacher at the time got out of her chair came over to me looked closely at my face, tried wiping my face off to some degree and said, you’re ok. Of course when my mother who also worked at the school found out she was livid and rushed me to the hospital. Everything turned out fine but I had two black eyes, a swollen nose, and a busted lip. Unfortunately, nothing could be done except for me to rest, take it easy and allow my body to heal over time.

All these years later I hadn’t realized that I was still holding onto this grudge against my former teacher. And the only way I found out was while I was praying I asked God to remove anything from me that wasn’t becoming to my King. Before long this memory came flooding back. I believe God wanted me to forgive so much that He had the Holy Spirit bring it to my attention.

So as a Christian I know the importance of letting go of these stored up grudges and having the power of the Holy Spirit to guide us in forgiveness. Regardless of what someone does to us, we’re called to forgive them. Maybe this is just one of the reasons why our prayers go unanswered, because of a lack of forgiveness toward others.

Notice how the Lord Jesus Christ addressed this in Mark 11:25,26 when He stated;

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.

While Jesus didn’t state that forgiveness hinders prayer, He did say while you’re praying if you have anything against anyone, forgive him. Basically the Lord Jesus is saying if you don’t forgive, you won’t be forgiven your trespasses. And don’t forget what the Lord said while hanging on the tree during the time of His sacrifice in Luke 23:34;

Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.

While letting go of grudges is difficult, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth says, it’s necessary if we expect to be forgiven our trespasses. If you pray to the Father and ask Him to remove anything that is unbecoming to Him, to our King, know this, He will do it.

You just better be prepared to let go of them!

A Need for Repentance

I was listening to a sermon by John MacArthur who is the pastor at Grace Community Church this evening and He quoted a scripture which caught my attention. For me this scripture is a direct reflection of what we see happening in our world today. This scripture reads;

What is righteousness?

Simply, it means to do what is morally right by the One, GOD, who gave us His divine law. He’s the same One who created the Heaven’s and the Earth and sent His Only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to teach us the right way to live.

What does this mean?

Basically it means, if the United States does not reverse it’s path from these world ideologies, if they don’t humble themselves and repent of their sins, America will cease to exist. People please wake up and repent of your sins before it’s too late. These world ideologies goes against everything Jesus taught and God Almighty will judge those who deny the Lord Jesus Christ.

While all sin goes against God it means we as Christians are NOT called to judge, condemn are ridicule non-believers. But we’re called to stand in God’s TRUTH and speak it in a gentle, loving manner regardless of who it offends. One of the scriptures which comes to mind reads;

Today, many claim the title of Christian but fail to live up to God’s TRUTH. Being a Christian myself I know I must be willing to evaluate my walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Just as all Christians should be willing to do the same. Ask yourself, Where do I stand in my walk with Christ? Am I walking in the footsteps of Jesus? Do I have the mind of Christ? Am I following the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ? Or, am I walking worldly trying to fulfill every lust, desire and passion?

Remember, God knows the heart and there is nothing hidden that will not be exposed!

The Wide Gate of the World

There’s no shortage of hatred, violence, protest and criminal activity taking place within our world today. We see it in Ivy league universities, schools and many cities such as New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and many more. But as a believer of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I know, everything taking place today was foretold in the Bible. While there are several scriptures which state we are to be aware of these things we also know we do not fear what is taking place. But there is another scripture which really makes me stop and think, it reads;

These scriptures refer to 2 gates, 2 ways, 2 destinations, 2 groups of people, 2 kinds of trees, 2 kinds of fruit and 2 kinds of foundations. Jesus makes this statement to help us understand clearly, there are only two ways. One way is through the wide gate with a broad way leading to destruction. These are those who live life on their own terms, follow the ways of the world while enjoying every passion, desire or lust while their faith rest in themselves or the ways of this world. Jesus would say these are those who built their house on sand.

But Jesus gave us another way.

He tells us there is a narrow gate with a difficult way which leads to life. These are those who live their life in accordance to Grace given to us by God through Faith. And it’s this same Faith with which we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We’re called to repent of our sins, be obedient to God’s word and follow the teachings of Lord Jesus. We stand in Truth and reject the ways of this world. We’re also called to love the Lord God with all our heart, all our soul, and all our mind along with loving our neighbor as ourselves. These are the good trees, who bear good fruit, submit to Christ as Lord and follows wherever He leads. We’re those who have built our house on the rock, the Lord Jesus Christ.

We all should be asking ourselves, ‘which path am  I walking?’
