Many Americans are panicking because America is falling. Our country will be brought to it’s knees, then, completely destroyed. Our freedoms and liberties which are constantly being taken away. There is NO man on this earth that can change this course, so please don’t get caught up in these political struggles. What is taking place in our country is unlike anything we’ve experienced. This is one of the reasons it’s so easy for Christians to fall away from the Faith right now. Churches all over the United States have embraced the world’s ideologies, twisted Scriptures and allowed false prophets to reign in their pulpits. Many have taken religion and turned it into man’s religion instead of following the Bible. They have misled many all for the sake of money and taking on the ways of this world.
Do not love the world or the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in Him. For all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life – is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides forever.
1 John 2:15-17
There are many Scriptures which warns of what will happen, chaos, lawlessness, violence and so much more. These Scriptures were given to prepare our minds and hearts, so we are able to stay faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. We’re not taught to stock up on weapons, ammunition, supplies, food, water, to fight against invaders, our neighbors or even some of our family members in order to survive. Instead, we’re taught to rely on God.
Unfortunately, many Christians will look to their families first, but we need to remember, that the Lord Jesus Christ is FIRST! He is placed before our mothers, our fathers, our husbands, our wives, our children, and before any material possessions. Nothing else is more important or matters as much as He does.
Now’s the time for all of us to reinforce our Faith through scriptures that will prepare us for what’s coming, along with the parables Jesus spoke about. Let’s encourage one another, build each other up, be kind, tenderhearted and forgiving. And above all, let our speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Remember;
For God has not appointed us to suffer wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1Thessalonians 5:9
Yes, Christians will suffer persecution in this world, but we will not suffer God’s Wrath which will come upon the ungodly once the antichrist – the man of lawlessness – the son of destruction, is revealed. Now more than ever, strive to help one another, encourage and build each other up.
