I was blown away by this when I saw it and encourage all Christian to watch. I was in tears as I listened because I could feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Nico is a worship leader at a Christian Church in Thessalonica Greece. And in 2022 he was given a powerful dream where He saw the Son of God, Jesus Christ, along with the Archangel that is over all the Armies in Heaven. The Archangel raised His head and begin to sing along with other Angels and sounds begin to join in. This song has such a serious anointing on it! You can watch the video and see how demons begin to manifest in those who are listening to it. Nico’s is singing it in the original tongue but I also have it in English and will share it on to my music section. This is what WORSHIP music really sounds like! Praise the Almighty God!

Explosions Throughout America
Sometime in the wee hours of the morning the Spirit spoke and I heard the words many explosions in America. From everything transpiring within the United States, Christians should not be surprised. Unfortunately, I believe many have fallen to sleep. I wasn’t given specific areas since the words used was, all of America. I believe if America does not repent and turn to God, He will render discipline. But the words, America will fall keep echoing in my ear.
But please do not lose hope!
Those who follow Him are called to be a light in the world. We’re called to give testimony to the Christ Jesus and God’s amazing Mercy, Compassion, and love. We are to stand in God’s Truth and perserve. The Lord Jesus Christ is our great Hope because we know God raised Him from the dead on the third day, which means, we will also be raised and will forever be with the Lord.
Grudges
Many people, including Christians, find themselves holding on to grudges. This may be with a family member, a neighbor, an employer, fellow employee, customer service representative, a teacher, a retail clerk or anyone working in the public.
For me, it was my 3rd grade teacher. You see, I was sitting on the top level of the ladder of the school monkey bars when I was pushed from behind. I landed on my face breaking my nose and blood going everywhere. My teacher at the time got out of her chair came over to me looked closely at my face, tried wiping my face off to some degree and said, you’re ok. Of course when my mother who also worked at the school found out she was livid and rushed me to the hospital. Everything turned out fine but I had two black eyes, a swollen nose, and a busted lip. Unfortunately, nothing could be done except for me to rest, take it easy and allow my body to heal over time.
All these years later I hadn’t realized that I was still holding onto this grudge against my former teacher. And the only way I found out was while I was praying I asked God to remove anything from me that wasn’t becoming to my King. Before long this memory came flooding back. I believe God wanted me to forgive so much that He had the Holy Spirit bring it to my attention.
So as a Christian I know the importance of letting go of these stored up grudges and having the power of the Holy Spirit to guide us in forgiveness. Regardless of what someone does to us, we’re called to forgive them. Maybe this is just one of the reasons why our prayers go unanswered, because of a lack of forgiveness toward others.
Notice how the Lord Jesus Christ addressed this in Mark 11:25,26 when He stated;
And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.
While Jesus didn’t state that forgiveness hinders prayer, He did say while you’re praying if you have anything against anyone, forgive him. Basically the Lord Jesus is saying if you don’t forgive, you won’t be forgiven your trespasses. And don’t forget what the Lord said while hanging on the tree during the time of His sacrifice in Luke 23:34;
Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.
While letting go of grudges is difficult, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth says, it’s necessary if we expect to be forgiven our trespasses. If you pray to the Father and ask Him to remove anything that is unbecoming to Him, to our King, know this, He will do it.
You just better be prepared to let go of them!
A Need for Repentance
I was listening to a sermon by John MacArthur who is the pastor at Grace Community Church this evening and He quoted a scripture which caught my attention. For me this scripture is a direct reflection of what we see happening in our world today. This scripture reads;
Righteousness exalts a nation but
sin is a disgrace to any people.
Proverbs 14:34
What is righteousness?
Simply, it means to do what is morally right by the One, GOD, who gave us His divine law. He’s the same One who created the Heaven’s and the Earth and sent His Only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to teach us the right way to live.
What does this mean?
Basically it means, if the United States does not reverse it’s path from these world ideologies, if they don’t humble themselves and repent of their sins, America will cease to exist. People please wake up and repent of your sins before it’s too late. These world ideologies goes against everything Jesus taught and God Almighty will judge those who deny the Lord Jesus Christ.
While all sin goes against God it means we as Christians are NOT called to judge, condemn are ridicule non-believers. But we’re called to stand in God’s TRUTH and speak it in a gentle, loving manner regardless of who it offends. One of the scriptures which comes to mind reads;
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin a man does is outside his body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your Spirit, which are God’s.
1 Corinthians 6:18,19,20
Today, many claim the title of Christian but fail to live up to God’s TRUTH. Being a Christian myself I know I must be willing to evaluate my walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Just as all Christians should be willing to do the same. Ask yourself, Where do I stand in my walk with Christ? Am I walking in the footsteps of Jesus? Do I have the mind of Christ? Am I following the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ? Or, am I walking worldly trying to fulfill every lust, desire and passion?
Remember, God knows the heart and there is nothing hidden that will not be exposed!
Forgiveness and Demons
There are things which the Bible speaks of that can affect us. Christians are called to read the scriptures and examine everything. To help emphasize this, there’s a parable which Jesus tells of the unforgiving servant. The Master had compassion on his servant, forgave his servant’s debt and released him. But this same servant went out to collect a debt that was owned him and instead of having compassion, and extending mercy to his debtor, he chose to treat him roughly then throw him into prison. The parable is found in Matthew 18:21-35. But notice the words spoken by Jesus in the last few sentences, they read;
Matthew 18:33,34 – Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you? And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due him. So my heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.
What’s the moral of this parable?
The Lord Jesus Christ tells us if we don’t forgive others who sin against us, His Heavenly Father also will do the same to us, meaning, we will be delivered to the torturers. Christ doesn’t say they will invade us, but, they will have the power to torture us. While forgiveness is a difficult thing, especially, for women who have been targeted by those who only had evil intent. It is necessary, it is a teaching Christ taught. For instance, as a child I was molested by 3 different people, one being a pastor. But the Holy Spirit showed me I needed to forgive so that I could be forgiven for my own sins. God is so merciful and helps us to understand the importance of forgiveness.
The Scriptures are also very clear that a “true born again believer” cannot have a demon residing in them. Because each person is responsible for their own sins, unfortunately, their are many religious leaders who teach that our sin is caused by demons. Many blame demons for their anger, lust, sexual immorality, filthy mouth or lying. This is not biblical, because the scriptures say;
James 1:13,15 – When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when by His own evil desires He is lured away and enticed. Then after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Matthew 15:18,19 – But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, and slander. These are what defile a man, but eating with unwashed hands does not defile him.
As someone who’s been molested, I knew the Spirit was speaking to me to forgive. While it was a very difficult thing to do, I now have peace within. While I’ve never spoke about what had happened to me until I was able to completely forgive, now I have no issues discussing it. Maybe it’s to help other women who have gone through such trauma and letting them know if you want peace, you must forgive. God gives us mercy when we forgive from the heart. He takes all those negative emotions and fills us with His peace.
It’s also important to understand that scripture teaches a “true believer” cannot be possessed by a demon. We can however, be influenced through our attitude and emotions, but it’s strictly from outside the body. A demon’s primary goal is to get you to reject God and from living a godly lifestyle so they can then inhabit you, only, when you reject God. Christians can also be deceived when we listen to teachings inspired by demons, but only from the outside. Scripture confirms this, which reads;
2 Corinthians 11: 13,15 – For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their actions.
Of course, we also need to examine ourselves to ensure we are following the Scriptures as Jesus taught. Are we loving God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength? Are we loving our fellow man? Are we walking in the scriptures as Jesus taught? And remember, Jesus taught we are called to love our enemies also. We’re not called to condone a person’s ungodly actions and share in them, but, to love everyone including our enemies. Why? Because mankind is created in the image of God!
But there is another thing to consider, are you unequally yoked with someone? Are you hanging out with unbelievers? Living Worldly and accepting everyone believing your following Christ, regardless of someone else’s ideologies? We must stand on Truth! Scripture is clear, while we are called to sow and reap among unbelievers, we are not called to live with them or even associate with them other than from a witnessing standpoint. The scripture reads;
2 Corinthians 6:14,16 – Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ or belial? Or what does a believer have in common with a unbeliever? What agreement can exist between the Temple of God and idols? For we are the Temple of the living God.
The last thought I want to point out regarding the issue of forgiveness is holding on to a grudge. When we hold on to grudges we go against the spirit and walk in the flesh. Remember, the scriptures read;
Galatians 5:16,21 – So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; idolatry and sorcery; hatred, discord, jealousy, and rage; rivalries, divisions, factions, and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Read this list carefully, because those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh. But it doesn’t mean everyone who walks by the flesh has a demon, but, it does mean we sin. The Scriptures read;
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified
the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we
live by the Spirit let us walk in step with the Spirit.
Galatians 5:24
Are you careful what you say, does it line up with biblical teaching? Are you careful with what you hear and what you watch? These are extremely important things to consider. We each need to examine ourselves to ensure we’re walking in the way of the Spirit.
Glory to God and God bless…
Fear of the Lord
Previously, I’ve spoken on the need to have fear of the Lord and this caused misunderstanding by some Christians. But the Bible speaks of two types of fear, one which God commands and one which is worldly. Because in our culture, in the religions of the world, in our societies and even in the Churches, they teach there should be no fear in God, but, this isn’t biblical. It goes completely against what the Bible teaches. For Instance, in the Old Testament, the scriptures read;
Proverbs 9:10 – The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Proverbs 14:27 – The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, turning a man from the snares of death.
Psalm 25:14 – The secret counsel of the LORD is for those who fear Him, and He reveals His covenant to them.
Isaiah 8:12 – Do not call conspiracy everything these people regard as conspiracy. Do not fear what they fear, do not live in dread. The LORD of Hosts is the One you shall regard Holy. Only He should be feared; only He should be dreaded.
Isaiah 11:2 – The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of Wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of Counsel and Might, The Spirit of Knowledge and of the Fear of the LORD.
It’s at this point many Christians raise the objection that this is Old Testament scripture and doesn’t apply to the New Testament. But, I have found the complete opposite. Because everything spoken of in the New Testament can be backed up in the Old Testament. Let me say this, every Christian has a responsibility to study God’s Word because it is our own salvation that is at stake. But to bring further awareness to this, let’s look at some additional scriptures;
Matthew 10:28 – And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
2 Corinthians 7:1 – Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the Fear of God.
1 Peter 2:17 – Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, Honor the King.
Acts 9:31 – So the Church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the LORD and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.
Hebrews 12:28 – Therefore, since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.
1 Peter 1:17 – Since you call on a Father who judges each one’s work impartially, conduct yourselves in reverent fear during your stay as foreigners.
Philippians 2:12 – So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Revelation 14:7 – And he said with a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worship Him who made the Heaven and the earth, and sea and springs of water.
Romans 3:10,18 – As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands;
there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” “Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.” “The poison of vipers is on their lips.” “Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.” “Their feet are swift to shed blood; ruin and misery mark their ways, and the way of peace they do not know.” “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
The last scripture I’m sharing found in the Old Testament, actually gives the reason why we should fear the Lord, it reads;
Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the LORD evil is avoided.
Proverbs 16:6
It’s our fear of the LORD GOD, that keeps us walking upright in the path of righteousness through the Holy Spirit. The Lord tells us throughout scripture not to fear man or the things he fears, but instead, fear the Lord God. If you don’t have fear for God, you don’t respect Him. And if you don’t respect Him, you can easily fall into sin. Because it’s the Fear of the Lord that will help us overcome our worldly fears. Which makes me believe this is what sustained the Apostles and early believers during persecution
Repossess
As a Christian, a follower of Christ, I’ve spoken many times on the depravity I see unfolding in America. The United States is being possessed by every unclean Spirit imaginable. But it hasn’t always been this way.
The United States was founded on God. Prayer was given to open Congress and the House as far back as September 1774. Then, prayer was added into the school system and children were happy, content and safe. But in 1962 the Supreme Court ruled against it citing it was unconstitutional.
With the removal of prayer from our schools it has left the United States vulnerable and empty. Today, we see mass shootings in schools, an array of mental health issues, assaults, rapes, transgender ideology being pushed, drug use, sexual immorality, along with a host of other issues. It’s truly a disgrace to our Lord and Creator, God Almighty.
But don’t be mistaken, just because we see all these things transpiring, remember, America were founded on God. And what the Holy Spirit told me was, repossess. Since the United States was founded on God, God will repossess it! It reminds me of the scriptures, which read;
Then he says, I will return to my house from which I came. And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
Matthew 12:44
When God was removed from our Schools, Government offices, Employers, and even some of our churches became empty. Many have chosen to follow doctrines of demons instead of following The Way which Christ taught. But don’t forget;
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
Galatians 6:7,8
Reflecting Love
Some of the most profound scriptures found in the Bible are those of love. While all of scripture is wonderful, those which speak to God’s love and how we as Christians should carry ourselves is amazing. For instance, in one of the scriptures I’m seeking to memorize, reads;
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
Ephesians 4:32
Although, this scripture doesn’t specifically have the word love in it, it’s the very reflection of love. Being kind to people, tenderhearted, and forgiving, shows we have God’s love within us. Unfortunately, in the world today Love is a rare commodity. Sure we may love our family members but even so, families argue, they feud. But, if we have God’s love within us, we’re able to exhibit the qualities listed in this scripture regardless of what comes our way.
Personally, this is something I’ve had an issue with and constantly battling against. I say this because in the past, I’ve been very opinionated, critical, even judgmental. And, as someone raised in the West, we’re often seen as argumentative, proud and even arrogant. While Christians are not called to quarrel and argue, we are called to reason with others and sometimes this may come across as one who likes to argue. It’s a delicate line and I admit, an area I’m still being refined in. But gracious is God’s mercy and love for us! Since God is the very essence of love, I know He will ensure through the Holy Spirit I learn this lesson along with many others.
God bless you and remember, Jesus Christ is our Hope regardless of what this world throws at us…
God Gives Eternal Life
When I was younger I would attend Church on a regular basis. It was one of those small country Churches where many of the surrounding rural people attended. So, as I continue my journey through the Scriptures, some of the things which I’ve read in the Bible has really opened my eyes. I’ve read through the New Testament several times and when I finish, I start again. The reason I do this is because as we grow in Christ we will continue to uncover more and more. Like the scriptures which refers to the Testimony of God, it reads;
Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony
within him; whoever does not believe God has made Him
out to be a liar, because he has not believed in the
testimony that God has given about His Son. And this is
the Testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life
is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever
does not have the Son of God does not have life.
1 John 5:10-12
As a Christian, I want to ensure this Scripture is seared into my mind. Because when difficult times come, the Holy Spirit will remind me of who I “truly” belong to.
God Bless Each of You!
The Spirit of Truth and the Holy Spirit
As I journey through the scriptures I came across something I was a bit surprised at and to fully understand the significance will require writing of scripture for clarification. What I’m referring to and researching is the difference between the Spirit of Truth and the Holy Spirit (known also as the Set-Apart Spirit, Spirit of God or Spirit). What I’ve come to realize is, the Holy Spirit is different from what Jesus describes as the Spirit of Truth. But to back everything I’m saying, I’ll refer to the scriptures.
The Spirit of Truth
John 14:16 – And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
John 15:26 – But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
John 16:13 – However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, he will guide you into all Truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears he will speak; and he will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.
Points to Consider:
- He’s the Spirit of Truth who is a helper (or a comforter, or Advocate depending on your translation)
- Jesus prays to the Father and He will give you another Helper
- Will be with you forever
- World doesn’t see Him or know Him
- For He dwells with you and will be in you
- Jesus says to His disciples I will not leave you Orphans I will come to you
- He testifies to Jesus
- He will glorify Jesus, he will take of what is Jesus and declare it to you
- Doesn’t speak on His own authority only what He hears
- Will guide you into all Truth
Some additional scriptures to help us understand who the Spirit of Truth is;
John 14:6 – Jesus answered, I am the Way, and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Romans 8:9 – You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in You. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, He does not belong to Christ. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your Spirit is alive because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead, will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you.
John 12:49 – I have not spoken on My own, but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it. And I know that His command leads to Eternal Life. So I speak exactly what My Father has told Me to say.
With the scriptures it becomes evident that the Spirit of Truth is the Spirit of Christ. Now let’s see how Jesus explained the Holy Spirit( or Spirit of God, Set Apart Spirit).
The Holy Spirit
John 14:25 – These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
Points to Consider:
- The Only Scripture Jesus mentions the Holy Spirit (Set-Apart Spirit or Sacred)
- Father sends automatically, Jesus doesn’t pray for Him to be sent
- He teaches all things
- Reminds of what Jesus said to them
Apostle Paul Points to Consider:
Romans 8:12 – For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the Sons of God.
1 Corinthians 6:11 – And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 6:19 – Or do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God and you are not your own?
1 Corinthians 3:16 – Do you not know that you are the Temple of God and the Spirit of God dwells in you?
1 Corinthians 2:10-13 – But God has revealed it to us by the Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of man except his own spirit within him? So, too, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. And this is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God.
John 6:45 – It is written in the Prophets: And they will all be taught by God. Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from Him comes to Me.
From everything spoken of by the Apostle Paul in these scriptures, it seems the Spirit, the Spirit of God and the Holy Spirit are the same. And when you compare the Holy Spirit to the Spirit of Truth there clearly are differences. However, Jesus does tell us;
Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
We know we receive the Holy Spirit as a guarantee, when we believe in Jesus, but, what if we only receive the Spirit of Christ when we truly begin to follow Him. Because Jesus clearly distinguished the two Spirits from one another and the Apostle Paul stated if we don’t have the Spirit of Christ, we don’t belong to Him. Plus, I remember Jesus stating;
Matthew 10:37,38 – Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me; and anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me.
Christ clearly felt the need to distinguish between the two, so shouldn’t we?
Plus, we’re told in, Luke 1:35 that the Holy Spirit will come up on you, and the Power of the Most High will over shadow you; for that reason the Holy Child will be called the Son of God.
And could the Spirit of Truth (the Spirit of Christ) be what He was referring to in Matthew 10:37,38?
I guess I have more questions while trying to understand this. Because it appears the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God.
Any thoughts, please let me know, I’d greatly appreciate it.
Going Against the Grain
Everything transpiring throughout America’s culture with our children is absolutely disgraceful. Those who follow Jesus Christ know it’s part of Satan’s schemes to undermine God’s Ways. As parents we also bare a responsibility. The Scripture I’m referring to reads;
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6
The scriptures clearly indicate we play a large part in our children’s future. Which means parents also must take some of the blame. But as a Christian I know this world’s false teachings and ideologies go completely against the Word of God.
But, please remember, we’re not called to judge those who follow this world’s false teaching, instead, we are called to speak God’s Truth through love in a gracious, respectful, peaceful manner. Then, the decision each individual makes is entirely up to them. Unfortunately, these false teaching are everywhere, schools, churches, hospitals, clinics, government offices, colleges, and the work environment. The scriptures read;
1 Timothy 4:1,2 – Now the Spirit expressly states that in later times some will abandon the faith to follow deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons, influenced by the hypocrisy of liars, whose consciences are seared with a hot iron.
2 Timothy 4:3,4 – For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.
And remember, it’s not only the transgender ideology or the LGBQT community that are in error, but, ALL worldly temptations. If your a Christian and fall within one of these categories, please, REPENT! The reason being is because the scriptures read;
Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute
becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will
become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord becomes
one spirit with him. Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin
a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral
person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that
your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you
have from God? You are not your own, for you were
bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
1 Corinthians 6:16-20
Do Not Be Deceived
Many times Christians tend to point fingers at others for their sin while completely disregarding their own. But as my momma used to say, you better clean up around your own doorsteps before telling others to clean up around theirs. Which is exactly what Jesus taught, remember, when He spoke about removing the plank from your brothers eye and ignoring the one in your own eye? Yes, Jesus taught against finger pointing, however, He did not teach against helping others see the error of their ways, as long, as it’s done in a gentle, loving manner and your own doorsteps are clean. Keep in mind what the scriptures say, which read;
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that He
will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption,
but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
Galatians 6:7,8
Remember, God will not be mocked…Sin is sin and one of the worst is sexual immorality. Now, sexual immorality comes in many forms, everything from having lust in your heart for another, fornication, adultery, same sex relationships, Lewdness, Whoring or Prostituting, Rape, Exposing ones Private Parts or Voyeurism, and Incest. While this is not an exhaustive list it basically covers, everything experienced in our world today. As a Christian I’m not called to judge non-believers who are committing these sins, but, I am called to speak the Truth. As for Christians, we know sexual immorality is wrong and those who find themselves somewhere on the list, please repent because the scriptures read;
Flee sexual immorality, Every sin that a man does is outside
the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against
his own body. Do you not know that your body is a Temple of
the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from
God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price.
Therefore glorify God with your body.
1 Corinthians 6:18–20
Did You Know This About Angels?
Daily I hear spirits speaking phrases, words or putting an image in my mind while I’m reading the bible, studying scripture, or trying to go to sleep. Other times I have dreams of war, storms, earthquakes and even dreams of Jesus Coming. From a biblical perspective, we see this as prophetic dreams and visions in the Spiritual Realm. But in my instance, something changed and I realized this was NOT what I thought it was. Unfortunately, I don’t believe many Christians are aware of this either, but, to back up what I’m referring to, the scripture reads;
Are not the Angels ministering Spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?
Hebrews 1:15
What I hadn’t realized was that the Holy Spirit was working with me along with ministering spirits, Angels, to help me learn scripture, which was something I had prayed for. We know Angels have many task and one of them is ministering to Christ believers. These ministering Spirits along with the Holy Spirit often say a phrase, a word or an image and then I quote the scripture back to them. It’s important to understand, God sends these Spirits for our benefit. They’re hear to teach us God’s Word so we are equipped and are able to wear the whole Armor of God.
If you’re given a word, a phrase, or a vision try connecting it to scripture then quote it to them or even paraphrase it. If you don’t know that scripture by heart tell them you don’t know it, but, you’ll memorize it the next day. Scriptures which are being brought to my attention are those which deal with lying, judging or condemning others, forgiveness, stealing, filthy talk, crude joking, adultery, taking the Lord’s name in vain, sexual immorality, the tribulation period, how to be forgiven of your sins, Bride of Christ, in fact, everything the Lord Jesus taught along with His apostles. So if you’re hearing, a word, a phrase, a vision or dream, chances are ministering Spirits along with the Holy Spirit is trying to guide you, to help you learn and get you ready for your inheritance or to stand strong against something or someone that is soon coming.
Sexual Sins
Scripture memorization is extremely important to me to help when I’m fighting against Spiritual Warfare, so, I try to dedicate a portion of my day to learning scripture. Tonight as I was writing down scriptures I came across a few that really made me question where our culture is today. It’s no secret within the United States sin is completely off the charts, specifically, sexual immorality and lust. But it’s not just non-believers, unfortunately, there are many Christians struggling with this same issue. Whether it’s adultery, pornography, fornication, sexually promiscuous or the issue of lusting, it’s sin and considered wickedness to God. So as I was researching this topic I came across this scripture which reads;
Flee sexuality immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but
he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know
that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God,
and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price, therefore glorify
God in your body and in your Spirit which are Gods
1 Corinthians 6:18,19
It’s extremely important to remember who God is, He’s Holy, Divine and deserves respect along with our complete loyalty. Because He loved us so much He gave His only Son, the Lord Jesus, as a sacrifice for the penalty of our sin, death. It cost Christ His life just so we could be made right with God. If you’re a Christian please stop and think before you defile the body because scripture tells us God will destroy those who defile the body.
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that
the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys the
Temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the
Temple of God is holy and that is what you are.
1 Corinthians 3: 16,17
Flee
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man
does is outside the body, but he who commits
sexual immorality sins against his own body.
1 Corinthians 6:18
There’s no doubt we’re living in a perverse generation according to what the Bible tells me. Because when I read and study the Scriptures, it becomes clear our society is completely breaking down. Man has decided to turn away from God instead of turning too Him. I know this because within our culture today sexual immorality of all kinds is prevalent. Everything from adultery, being promiscuous, living together, pornography, same sex relationships, and the list continues to grow daily. But out of all the sins spoken of in the Bible, the only one which goes against the body is sexual immorality. Why is this? Because our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Spirit. Which means, everything we do, that does not align with scripture, we are putting the Holy Spirit through the same thing. Whether this is by thought, deed or watching these things in movies, we know it’s sinful. And as a Christian, this is absolutely mortifying to me.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, as I approach Your throne of Glory and Grace, I pray for those who are struggling with sexual immorality of all kinds. I especially pray for Christians who are experiencing these issues and ask to open their eyes to this destructive, deadly path. Remove this stain from them so they can begin a time of healing filled with repentance. Lead them in your righteousness as they begin a new journey filled with love, praising, worshiping, praying and glorifying You. For those who are non-believers, I pray their hearts are humbled allowing them to realize just how much they’re in need of the Lord Jesus. All these things I pray, in Jesus name and through Him I pray…Amen
