I love the quote, “Compassion knows no boundaries. It sees a neighbor in every stranger.” It reminds me of the Good Samaritan, who showed mercy to a wounded traveler without thought as to who the traveler was. He answered the call that God gives to us as well. To extend compassion and kindness to those around us, regardless of their background or circumstance. Like the Samaritan, we are to demonstrate God’s love through generosity and the caring for others.
